Philaposte has announced the first two issues of variable value stamps or vignettes LISA for 2025. The first (main image in the article) will be released during the Salon Philatélique de Printemps in Paris, which runs from March 27th to 29th 2025. The illustration by Ségolène Derudder is dedicated to the Place de la République in Paris, with the plan of the square in the background and the silhouette of the central monument on either side.
The second issue (pictured below) commemorates the 73rd general assembly of Philapostel, which will be held this year in Arzon, Brittany. Both events take place over the same weekend and this issue will be available for two days only, March 28th & 29th. Pierre-André Cousin’s design depicts a coastal path and sailing boat with the Breton ermine symbol at the entrance to the Golfe de Morbihan.
