The Union Marcophile has announced a new LISA issue, promoting its annual postal history exhibition, MARCOPHILEX, to be held in Périgueux on October 12th and 13th. A beautiful design by Pierre Bara depicting an image of Saint-Front Cathedral.
Like previous LISA issues, it will be available from the postal kiosk(s) installed at the exhibition.
