FRANCE. The LISA issue for the 98th Congress of the FFAP

The fourth issue of vignettes d’affranchissement or LISA in France in 2025 will be dedicated to the 98th Congress of the Fédération Française des Associations Philatéliques (FFAP), which will be held this year from June 6th to 8th in Colmar. The composition is illustrated with various images from the Alsace region and the Territory of Belfort.
