Philaposte has announced a new LISA issue, marking the TIMBRES PASSION 2024 exhibition to be held in Châlons-en-Champagne from October 25th to 27th 2024. The design is dedicated to the circus and chess.

Like previous LISA issues, it will be available from the postal kiosk(s) installed at the exhibition.
